Flax
This will make it a lot easier to send civs to jail if they refuse to pay their ticket and your pretty far away from an HQ. It can also help to send combat loggers to prison much faster. Google™ and Dr. TickleButts like this Link to comment

Spencer
This shouldn't be implemented for the fact that civs are sent to jail at the hqs so that their friends have at least an opportunity to save them. If cops were able to send civs to jail at courthouses this would reduce the rp and also nearly eliminate if not completely the already small risk that cops face when processing suspects. Flashpoint
Civs can send themselves to jail already even in restraints/pay their bounties already. If this is to be considered, that should be looked into. Link to comment

You have fortified military encampments to send people to jail from. You also have to send in your paperwork when you jail them, and the Judge doesn't care to see it. Link to comment
