Quick and easy suggestion:

 

When someone is on parole and asks for a pardon, instead of going through the hassle of having to ask them to restrain them and search them for the parole; 

Make it so when you click on Pardon, it says "Are you sure you would like to pardon someone on Parole?"   OR "You may not pardon someone who is currently on Parole."

Yes +1 but also it works on giving a ticket to someone, it cancels their parole bounty price and instead replaces it with the ticket price, a lot of scenarios players who are on parole knowingly exploit this by running over a friend or something similar and then asking to pay their ticket of only 1k.

nah, just give players a giant P next to their name in the wanted list.... having another scroll option and popup, just adds so much lag, imo...

I like this idea, but change it a bit as @Jaylen Sarrett have something to indicate it like on their name have a P in Parentheses or when you view their crimes at the bottom it will say currently on Parole

I don't understand why the thing with tickets and Parole is such a big issue. I feel like you are just trying to make them break Parole so you can get more money.
