Restrained cops

Can cops unrestrain themselves in like 30 seconds? It has happened twice today.

This question is confusing.

Cops can not unrestrain themselves if they are in cuffs.

However if another officer runs up to a officer who is restrained he can urestrain him immediately

Oh ok this cop was by himself i was watching him and he unrestrianed himself in like 7 seconds. i even filmed it

Cops can unrestrain each other and if a cop is restrained for 10 minutes, he will get unrestrained.

well right i understand that but this was litterly 10 seconds i was watching him. he was by him self completely maybe the server just lagged and it glitched out

I've restrained people put them in the car drove 10 feet then realized they weren't even in the car turn around to go back to pick them up and they aren't even restrained and they are shooting me. and this happened within about 10 seconds too no one had time to unrestrain him. it just glitched or something similar to what u had happen
