why can't i join server 1 but i can join the rest? i have been trying for the last hour here and there. It needs to be restarted i thing.?

It's being "ddosed", this has happened everyday around the same time for the past 3 days, anyone on the server will have a constant yellow chain and no one will sync up, essentially the server is down but no one is being kicked.
