Craft Carrier Lights?

Rebels can craft guns and vehicles, but not clothes. carrier lights are a chunk of the cost for rebel loadouts and people would like to mass produce them (at least that's what I would think). So, I propose that you can craft carrier lights at the Black Market. I haven't thought of a balanced crafting recipe, but if you can think of one please comment below. Also, please leave any constructive feedback.

For this They would need to add a way to gather/Make Kevlar then when you get the kevlar sheets and some cloth to make the vest so Im thinking 9 Kevlar sheets, 25 cloth & 12 Cocaine

I too make my guns out of diamonds and cocaine, I don't think the black market crafting is supposed to be "real". I look as it more of a "Black Market Trading" System
