How to transfer money and ownership of real estate?

After making a real estate deal with another player via the forums or PM's, what does the process of transferring funds and ownership of homes look like? Is this handled by the admins, or is there a hidden player-feature I haven't seen yet. Is there any chance of being ripped off after transferring funds or ownership?

Put the house on the market for the agreed terms, he buys from market, money should go to your bank. (If all is working as it should)

its all a risk, I usually always record the whole thing and take screen shots of the house when my map is open just in case it gets bugged.

I haven't seen a deal go wrong though. Also, I think they fixed where the owner can sell the house with his price than you go up to it and buy it, funds go to his bank acct. Im not 100% its working though

Thanks HotWings, next, where do you access the housing market? I found it once, but haven't been able to again since.

 

**Edit- I know how to list my house at x price, but not how to see the listed homes.

scroll on the house and click "house menu" then "sell house" and choose the price. after he buys the house money goes to your mailbox (asylum exchange).

So the exchange must be where I found the feature which shows the listed homes. I play mainly on Tanoa now, so with the lack of an exchange on Tanoa, how do you purchase a player-listed house?

Its not thru the exchange. Its at the home improvement store, tho Im not 100% sure it works on Tanoa actually.

Hmm I thought it would've been through home improvement also. I've checked there and not had any luck. People are selling homes though..?
