[Bug] Court house

There is a bug with the court house system.

Once you sign up for jury duty and wait the timer it will teleport you to the dome.

Then a message on the right top of your screen will appear saying that you're too far from the court house and that your jury duty has been canceled.

The jury duty then continues to work just fine, payment also works.

To re-create the bug:

1. Sign up for jury duty

2. Once teleported read the message on your right top of you screen.
