Logging Into Cop | Received Player Profile

I have not played on the asylum servers for about a month, roughly a week ago I got back into playing Arma 3, and started getting back into Asylum. I log on to the civilian team fine, no problems whatsoever, but when I attempt to load into a cop slot the game loads, I can hear people talking in group chat, and can see the pop ups in the top right. The game sits there for 30 minutes+ at a Received Player Profile... screen. Contacted some senior officers about it, they recommended that I talk to some admins, I figured I'd ask everyone else, and hopefully get a fix.
