Anyone know where to buy Hunter's vehicles?

Secondly, go to the skiptracer base, and buy the hunter from there.

Note that you need the Master Bounty Hunter talent at all times if you want to pull out and drive your Hunter.

If you want it cheaper you can work your way up to Sgt, and get them for 35k, but that will take you a good amount of months and some other basic skills and gear. 

So what Heidelberg suggested is the best way. Just an advice, watch out when using them because people is gonna try to steel it and chop it for the money, so you better don't be alone
