Become a forum admin (this is the tricky part :D) > Access the Admin Control Panel > Members > Manage Members > Fluxah > Forum Details and Restrictions > Posts > Type in how many posts you want.

Also remember when doing this that... 

ForumPosts = (DickSize)²
