Can you play as a civilian off-duty and play just as you would before becoming a cop?

also, its now unacceptable to be under the age of 17? I am 16 and wanted to apply for the APD but the requirements say no applicants under 17.

You have to be 17 or older. No exceptions.

There was a brief time period where the APD allowed people under the age of 17 into the APD but was quickly changed. You have to be 17 to apply now.

As a whitelisted cop you may play civilian as long as you aren't on your cadet week. You must be 17 or older to apply.

Yeah, you have to send a valid birth certificate in to verify your age of 17 instead of 16 when applying.
