Was thinknig about donating for the debit card however im not sure if im correctly connected to be able to receive it... Also how much do i have to donate to receive the debit card?

Never changed, was always the Level 2 perk(25$).

You are probably getting confused with House crates.

Ohh, yeah. That's right. I realised I was confused and thought level two was 10$
