All servers except for #5 are gone?

I can't seem to find servers 1-4 and neither can my friend. Am I doing something wrong?

 Isn't this server Battle Eye Protected supposedly? Or at least have some DDos protection?

I don't believe battleye has any built in ddos protection. Its only anti cheat. Every arma game has battleye and if you get banned from one you are banned from all.
