I really need help, ts is down and i can't get into discord

Hey, i've not been able to join discord because no one wants to help me.

 

Another reason is that I can't view the forum post that has the discord information.

 

I'm a cadet and i can't do anything without being with a higher up.

 

Can someone tell me it if they know it? Because i couldn't play cop yesterday due to this issue.

 

If know one knows it, Could you hook me up with someone that i can talk to that can help me out?
