Spam dungeons with all of your friends you will get into them instantly since you have around 5 already. It is the fastest way to level up other than questing unfortunately. just play through and have an adventure I like to get high and quest get myself immersed in the lore while slaying alliance scum.

server isn't dead. just doesn't have max player count on servers. server 1 is usually full and server 4 has been near full lately. Arma 3 is dying in general.

Plenty of good suggestions. I am very with you on the +2 talent points but lowering the price of flashbangs and grenades seems a little bit too much. I think the current price is fair seeing all of the kills i've gotten with grenades.
