this post will consist of 4 different houses, all in Athira, 3 70k house and a singular 150k house, prices and descriptions will be below the pictures of each house.

all of these houses are perfect for storing gear in, hiding from cops within Athira, or the main thing I use them for, extremely good ways to make money for scotch, being located right next to Wong's food court, you can leave your scotch aging within your house in Athira, then when they are fully aged, you simply walk the 25 year scotch from your house, to wong's food court, then procede to bank the money at the ATM at the bounty hunter shop, conveniently placed across the street from one of the houses, all houses come fitted with crates and/or barrels

These are the 4 houses, numbered accordingly:

 

House #1:

Asking Price: 200k

Description: 150k house along the main road in Athira, perfect for storing your alcohol or any other goods in, barrels can be taken out and replaced with crates if needed.

House contains 3 aging barrels

 

House #2:

Asking Price: 100k

Description: house is close to Wong's food court and DMV, barrels can be taken out and replaced with crates to store gear in, or can be used to store alcohol in before selling at Wong's.

House contains 2 aging barrels

 

House #3:

Asking Price: 120k

Description: house is in a perfect location, right across the street from the bounty hunter shop to either kill them or bounty hunt yourself, can store bounty hunter gear in etc, as well as being a very quick walk to DMV or Wong's food court, depending on what you want to use it for.

House contains 1 crate and 1 aging barrel

 

House #4:

Asking Price: 150k

Description: this house is across the road from drug dealer, perfect house if you want to camp the drug dealer to kill those cocaine runners, to store your drugs to sell at a later date or can also be used to store your scotch, as it is only a 75m walk from the Wong's food court, leave your scotch aging in your house, when the time comes take a casual stroll down to wong's and cash in that profit.
