CyanogenCX
So recently my microphone on my headset broke, but I had another pair of the exact same headset. The sound works on my current headset, but not on the old one. However the mic works on the old one, but not on the current one. When I test my mic online on various websites and play the sound, it comes through both ears. But when I record a game and am using shadowplay, the mic is only played back through the left ear. Anyone know anything about this? Link to comment

If nothing works I guess I'll do that Voice Meeter thing in the first link. Link to comment
CyanogenCX
I think something in my microphone must have been broken or something, so the voicemeeter thing allowed me to make sure it was mono, and now it works in both ears Have to keep the program open whenever I wanna record something, but it is a small price to pay.
