okay most people mature by 16 some never mature. 17 year old who isn't mature are you going to accept him? probably not but and 16 year old who is mature would probably be accepted. Therefore changing the age limit to 16 would benefit. having more officers on all servers. crime rate lowered and a potential career path in real life
