@Arawson honestly deserves this not only for being just an all around cool guy that gets along with anyone but the fact that he knows his shit and how to script and has really put a lot of effort into becoming a better community person in general

Officers Name : Sergeant Arawson

Reason for Appraisal: This guy is someone that really dose look out for his fellow officers no matter how he feels personally about them and is always trying to better those that are around him, then also owning up to his actions wrong or right and proving that he is human and learns from each experience. From the way that he works with people that are new and experienced, Arawson is always calm cool and collected taking care of the situation as well as being fair at the same time.  All in all this guy really will have your back when you need it and that is all I can ask for in a Lieutenant.
