Requesting information on bugs and broken things
KBW replied to KBW's topic in Altis Life Discussion
Thank you for your interest in the exchange. This can be considered, but is not currently a priority. -
An addition which will be included whenever the next minipatch is: http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/447358114677233482/0465A9D1420BFAF468C3C785D1BED88777AE1DD5/

You won't lose products from sell offers, only the listing fee associated with them. Plus it hasn't been 3 days yet. -

I'll add it. But you can simply create a new offer if you want a specific amount. -

It's already there. Posting a tutorial soon. Select vehicles in the left-hand dropdown, then select Orca, then select either 'new offer' to buy, or select check sell offers for chosen. -
How to use the *semi-new* house selling function
KBW replied to KBW's topic in Altis Life Discussion
Items and money in your mailbox will never expire. Offers on the exchange will expire after 72 hours, to prevent 19346491274 offers with undesirable prices making it harder to find good offers. -
It was fixed in one of the restarts yesterday. You have to go to the home improvement store and request to see them on the map.
-
The listing fee is removed immediately, if you pay attention there is a hint telling you how much the fee was. If you retract the offer before 3 days, or if the offer sells, the listing fee is returned.
-
Offers expire in 3 days, and players lose the 5% listing fee when an offer expires. Thus, the guy listing a quad for 500k has given up 25k from his bank for the time being... But it does seem like a limit should be in place for vehicle prices!

Thanks for the info. I created this system in 2015, and it was used on a server with a different economy model. I'll update any issues with it in the next patch. Perhaps consider getting the new-and-improved adrenaline shots to remedy this!

I corrected a logic statement which essentially had a less than sign facing the wrong way. Only cops in the medic slot roles and captains are able to give "professional" revives now.

When you're on spawn island, you're incapable of sending sync requests. -endMission has been proven to fully wipe your player in certain circumstances. I'll continue looking for an issue but so far haven't found the cause.

I'm currently only affiliating myself with Altis development, and have passed these concerns on to Bamf/Paratus... And as a result I can not comment on when S6 will be fully playable.
-
Forgot about that one. It's at all of the main towns.
-
I did not experience this bug when I just tested it, nor have I ever experienced this. I believe you need to soft log. Edit: If everyone could please refrain from creating entirely new threads to report bugs, and either find an existing thread about bugs or use the official bug tracker, this would be much preferred.

How to use the *semi-new* house selling function
KBW replied to KBW's topic in Altis Life Discussion
Nope. I suppose if you had markers active, and someone just added a house to the market, then you would need to return to home improvement and reload the markers. -
I often see threads on the forum about player-to-player house sales. With market listing for houses being fixed, I thought I would explain how this works. When you list your house on the market via the usual 'hit sell, type market sale price', other players will now be able to find your house on the map by going to a home improvement store in any town and using the scroll option "Locate homes for sale". It will mark every house for sale on the map, in this fashion: http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/447358114672595526/258BCFC4F3F2CD3F340FAD3FBE329BEA35960CD1/ When a player buys your market-listed house, your bank balance will be immediately updated if you are ingame, however, if you are offline or on another server it will be sent to your Asylum Exchange mailbox. You may simply go to any AE location and access the mailbox to claim your moneys. Also when logging in, you may see a message 'there are items waiting for you in your AE mail'. This may limit the need for forum-advertisements of house sales.

Being fixed shortly, sorry for the delay, I had to brainstorm with Paratus to find the issue.
-
Also shift+R to restrain has been removed due to reasons for now. It may return at a later date.
-
I can only do so many things...
-
I'll add on them in the next patch most likely. This is being fixed, cops weren't meant to see that button Crates returning shortly, sorry for the inconvenience

A hotfix will be deployed to fix some issues which have just been identified later today.
