I agree on minimum wage increases, because it does encourage businesses to outsource their workforce because they won't be making profits, or worse hitting the profit margins that they have set. This is my first time voting. But your right that this year is a pretty hectic election for us young, and maybe even old voters. Maybe I won't vote. I don't know anymore. Too much radicalism in my opinion from both sides.

The U.S. national debt is currently over 19 trillion, and who do you think has us in their pockets. It's China, we owe them so much it's almost funny because even if China wanted to send debt collectors it wouldn't matter because we depend on each other for resources. A country that depends on another for so much resources doesn't sound like a super power to me. Also, Americans are becoming more and more fat because of the corporations that bombard the media with their products. Which is reinforced by an uneducated populace of how to be healthy and eat right. Yes Obama's wife did something with food campaigns but its trivial at best. Now I do agree that some people do not deserve benefits from the government if they are not somehow able to prove that they are self-employed or work for an employer. Example: if you have been claiming to be searching for a job but its been over 4 or 5 years, then you should be cut from any gov. assistance. There's no excuse for not finding a job. McDonald's is always hiring. Ironic how I bash fast food for their products but praise them for the jobs that they create, lol. Finally,yes, I agree that immigration right now is atrocious in Europe.
