Which is why i said “not anytime soon or at all to begin with” and getting changes done to the server is a huge/long/tedious process as explain by patato on a teamspeak call. it doesn’t matter if it’s been on longer then me it literally serves absolutely no purpose at all. Even if they remove house weed next week it’ll mean absolutely nothing compared to what other drugs are available that are worth 2x as more as weed unless they up the price on it which i highly doubt. If you truly believe that weed has a big purpose as of right now or in the next 6 month then you sir are on crack.   4. I don’t stay in kavala, all majority of houses i own are in athira lol. I’m trying to implement traffic within a specific city that has absolutely nothing going for it. The gangs for some reason love to be extremely toxic to the point where they drive away everyone (which is why no one goes to kavala or why the market is the most atrocious thing I’ve ever seen 1. It may bring house value back in place to how it used to be 2. Bring more traffic in for players shouldn’t abandon a city just because it’s a shit hole, why not try to balance thing out to make it livable considering the down sides to it.
  5. As we all know kavala is lacking right now with drugs, the closest thing they have is weed fields. Which is considered garbage because one can easily grow weed inside the home which would be worth more then the actual weed fields Kavala need a buff on the drug aspect, let me introduce Fentanyl. The basic understanding of Fentanyl: • It’s classified as an opioid • Comes from the poppy plant • Made in a lab synthetically or semi synthetically My thoughts on to implement it in game Illegal areas: • Poppy fields where the weed fields are currently • Remove weed pro and add a miniature lab inside a building were the poppy can be squeezed and then processed into proper synthetic fentanyl. Pricing: • It must be priced accordingly to not crash the drug market as it is, must be more expensive then house grown weed or it’ll end up in the same boat as weed fields with no one being interested in it • There must be downsides if priced 1,000 or over. example: Make the time to gather and process very long to risk being robbed or officers pulling up to arrest and confiscate the drug or add a third processing step in order to make it • Preferable close to 800 to 900 would be ideal, as it’s a bit more then house weed but the benefit to it is you don’t have to wait until every restart to be able to sell FYI I JUST REALIZED A POST WAS MADE ABOUT THE DRUG 2 DAYS AGO THOUGH IT WASN'T CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE KAVALA AREA
  6. Well what if we were to change the idea and take away the housing and utility? What would be the benefits of taking the power plant towards the gang/group vs the downside of the cops loosing it. I’d like to see something that doesn’t evolve around money like the other heists. I’d like to see that gang/group get perks kinda like the gang fortress Yeah I don’t think the cartel would be a good idea, let alone the utility as every player here can’t afford to pay money per restart. It should be an event within it self but i want to see it generate perks then actual money you get from it. i mean let’s me honest here how many people do events for the money lol. It’s about the fight more then anything which is why I’d think creating perks around it would be ideal

  10. this may sound super far fetched but why not get rid of shipping and incorporate one that’s better 1. Make it to where you have to pay a utility bill for ever house you own within the server, if you have a lead container or green house that electric bill will be higher. All the money goes into a big pot (THIS WOULD ONLY WORK IF YOU MAKE THE POWERPLANT INTO ITS OWN HEIST) 2. Create a power plant that provides all the electricity of to the server, make it to where the players have the ability to shut the power down by various ways • hacking the mainframe (like at mental) •Adding demo charges to the electrical units The benefit to this is that it’ll take 30mins to an hour to bring the power back on as you can have medics come in after to try and repair the downed power plant Now for the players that have downed the power will get benefits to it • Doing other heists will be faster • The utility bill will become lower in price for a whole 3 restarts (as it’ll take time for the system to reboot) Cops: • Cops will get a delayed response for all heists for at least 3-5 mins as the power is down (unless they check the map) Or you can create a whole new heist from this idea, maybe make it to where the players that have taken out the power plant will have to secure the or hack the system to obtain the money from these utility bills that players get from the houses they own. The only thing is the utility bill would have to be high for people that own houses with green houses or lead containers to make it worth while as far as the benefits go. It would also cut down on having 5 houses filled with 300 weed in each one since that utility bill would be super high and not worth paying unless you plan on getting rid of and selling all the weed at each house everyday this may help with the on going disagreement some of the community members have with growing weed inside their homes And a rule would or maybe have to be incorporated for it like you have to have 2 medics on in order to do the heist so they can repair it or if that’s to much then make the power plant repair itself on its own Now these are just and idea and can be changed to fit the servers infrastructure and rules that are already in place
  11. One 7.62 rifle won’t hurt to add, it would be fun to use since it’s semi only.
  12. I think the P90 would be a good one to add tbh, no ones used it at all guarantee that you’d see it more if bounty hunters could use it since they only have 7 guns total

Well i was thinking P90 - Rebels rarely use this weapon but it wouldn’t be a bad edition for CQC and Emerson value to a bounty hunter class Lim-85 - Since rebels are allowed 2 MGs i figured it wouldn’t be a bad idea to give bounty hunters at least one. (Even though i know this is less likely to happen) Protector - Cheap and reliable at times, if cops and rebels have it their shouldn’t be a reason for bounty hunters not to. Rebels its $3,500 Cops it’s $1,250 maybe meet somewhere in the middle for bounty hunters Mk20 - Not to bad of a weapon not to over powered, with bounty hunters only having 3 5.56 this wouldn’t be a bad edition to a 4th Mk14 Classic - Even though all bounty hunter weapons aren’t above a 6.5 it would be nice to see at least one 7.62 without the benefit of full auto. This way it would be balanced enough and not to over powered to where it would be the main bounty hunter weapon These are just some ideas and don’t have to include all guns but at least one being added would be a good and refreshing edition to the arsenal that are available for bounty hunters And i know these are some of the most random weapons to be mentioned but I’m trying to see it from a balanced perspective and not a overpowering one.

  16. I feel like bounty hunters only have a limited amount of weapons to choose from compared to the rebels. (Which most of the guns are decent) but I feel like bounty hunters should get a buff.
