[Heroin to fentanyl]

Mostly everything illegal has the option to be purified into something better. Therefore heroin does not have a purifying state, could we see Fentanyl. Just a suggestion. Thanks

Can we please get some infamy for crank it's like the only illegal drug that has none. Why isn't this a thing yet?
