Yea I posted a forum topic on it in donation help or whatever it it's been up for 4 days and hasn't gotten a view...

I donated to rank 2 a while ago and have been playing on the server ever since and I got a new router my donation works but it won't let me on the website so I can upgrade my donor level it says no character data can be found for your IP address even though i play on the server constantly
