Was overpriced that's why 2mill was reasonable in my mind, and the panels on the windows can get shot through if you memorize where the flag is

Theoretically this exact house sold on server 3 for THREE million legit 4 days ago, I don't believe houses would change that much in price between servers

"Debatable"... the house to the left definitely has a better positioning for flag but mine has a slight view of flag and an amazing view on the spots people camp around the flag. and ofcourse an ATM touching it (Doesn't mean much but looks good!)... Still worth a lot though!
