If u read the guidebook again u'll find this :

•   Non-undercover officers may only patrol illegal areas once every 20 minutes if no suspicious activity is observed. 911 dispatches, nearby traffic, police chases, and civilian reports are the exceptions to returning in under 20 minutes. Do not remain more than 2 minutes while in an illegal area unless an incident occurs which demands the officer remain longer.

[Underwater Archeology]

I was thinking about a new legal activity that will help the new players who are coming on asylum servers : Underwater Archeology. This could be an alternative to the Underwater Excavation, but paid less then the excavation.  I know that around Pyrgos and Kavala , 2 or 4 km away from the shore are some underwater airplane and boat wrecks. In those cities we can place an NPC that when u talk with him he will give the GPS coords from those wrecks. All u need to do is to buy a full diving suit, a boat and a GPS. After receiving the GPS coords from the NPC, u need to drive your boat on those coords, go underwater and try finding the wreck and spend some time around it like 30 sec to 1 min until u get a message that your mission is complete. After that, u need to return to the NPC and you get paid.( like from 1000 $ to max 2500$ - less then u can make from underwater excavation ). I think this will make the life of the new players easier, after getting bored from picking apples/ peaches. What do u think?

People can glitch into a cop slot and become a " ghost ". They can also eject u from the car while u are driving. I have seen many people exploiting this glitch. The worst part is that u can't see who is doing it to report him.

From what i remember from that firefight the pilot got downed by one of the cops and one rebel jumped too far and missed landing on the tower falling to his dead.

Showing the original owner when u check registration should be available until the person who stolen the vehicle garage it. After that any trace of the original owner disappears. Even if the original owner finds his vehicle before  he gets garage by the new owner , he shouldn't  be able to unlock it because the new owner changed the locks from the car. The only way to return the car to the original owner is to have it impounded by the cops.

I think a really nice addition to the Altis map it will be a Locksmith location. How that works? After lockpicking a car/truck/helicopter  u'll not be able to get the keys for that car/truck/helicopter. They will become  only unlocked ( u can still sell it to the chop shop w/o having the keys).  After stealing the car u need to drive/fly to the locksmith, where u need to pay a fee ( like 30%-40% from the market value of the stolen vehicle ) in order to get the keys for that vehicle. After getting the keys from the locksmith , that vehicle becames yours and you are able to put it in your garage and use it when u like. ( Police and Medic vehicles will make an exception from being able to garage them). Locksmith it will be an illegal location which cops can raid it every 20 minutes. Anyone found in that location by the cops will give them probable cause to search you and your vehicle. 

Second option. Instead of a locksmith location we can make a Shady Mechanic location. In order to get the keys for that vehicle u need to go to the rebel base and buy a ignition switch ( illegal item that will show up when u get searched by the cops ). After buying the ignition switch u need to drive to the shady mechanic , pay a fee ( 30%-40% from the maket value of the stolen vehicle) for him to replace the original key switch with the one u bought. After that  u get the keys for the vehicle and u'll be able to garage it and use it when u want ( Police and Medic vehicles will make an exception from being able to garage them). Ofc this area is illegal aswell.

When u log on the server make sure u sync your data. After that go to the asylum page and check again. All your info's should be there. Worked for me.
