When I am about to capture a cartel for my gang, The Kavala Boulevard Bullies, dominators of server 1, I do not bring my car straight in. When I'm done killing people I do not travel another 500 meters to retrieve my car and come back with it (would probably be despawned anyway), I want to capture it then return to my car so I don't waste any time.

Well it is an inconvenience and it'd make a lot more sense if it checked if you were in the area rather than interacting with it

I don't know, maybe check to see if the owner is within up to 500 meters of the car before you despawn it instead of checking if someone is driving it.

Holy shit. I can not count the amount of times one of my vehicles have despawned after being just a hundred meters away for 10 minutes. It gets in the way of the total experience and needs to be fixed.
