    Currently it seems citizens abuse the no HVT rule to every extent when they get captured by explaining their charges as long as humanly possible so they can stall till someone can suicide vest them. I had someone try to explain every single manslaughter; of which he had 40 of them. Each one taking 5 minutes while taking slow pauses each one as the HQ was suicide bombed 4 times +. I also had someone try to explain each money laundering charge when he had 75 of them which would have taken upwards of an hour as he just kept stalling for suicide vests to get to him.

    I'm all in for RP but it gets to a point where the only reason they're doing it is to stall as long as possible.

    I think HVT should be put back in place but maybe only after a failed suicide vest has blown up or when 3+ people begin attacking HQ to limit its use.

    Why should we accept you into our gang?: I've played asylum for an extremely long time and have had a ton of cartel experience along with all other gang experience and I'm looking to get back into it after taking another break from the game. Im also a social guy and am down to talk with everyone and keep it fun.

    Yeah, no matter what with mine no sound plays back. gonna try other services cause simplicity in shit like this is bad, shadowplay doesn't allow you to choose the audio device you want it to record it is really counter-intuitive.

    Why do you want to join us? (2 sentences minimum): I have not yet been able to enjoy asylum to its fullest. I have been weary about joining a gang and this one looks perfect. I mean who doesn't want to be a suicide bomber?
