No when you rob the bank or federal reserve, it is server generated money/gold bars. The only way you still other peoples money is when it is on their person and they have their hands up and you use the scroll wheel to rob person.

The benefits of robbing the Federal Reserve is to have the access of stealing federal reserve gold bars.
