In the case of blake simmons. I totally disagree with you. in the video at 6:50 you can see the suspects driving , stopping and shooting at the trucks without initiation given, which classifies as RDM, it doesn't matter if we were able to shoot back or not. Also you say if we let them kill us it would be a RDM?????? why would we allow someone to kill us , of course we will try to defend ourselves from a randomer...

A similar case appeared with an admin , where a shootout began from a randomer, the admin classified it as a random and the suspects were banned, so i don't understand how this is any different.
