Current Policy:
“If there is an active Federal Reserve robbery going on, officers may not seize gold bars out of the vehicle unless there is a 1 minute all clear. If the vehicle manages to escape the Federal Reserve and is stopped in route to a rebel outpost, then the officers will have to wait for the one minute all clear call and seize the gold into a police vehicle.
Suggested Policy Revision:
“If there is an active Federal Reserve robbery going on, officers may not seize gold bars out of the vehicle unless there is a 1 minute all clear. If the vehicle manages to escape the Federal Reserve and is stopped in route to a rebel outpost, then the officers will have to wait for the one minute all clear call and seize the gold into a police vehicle. If it is within 1 minute until a server restart then the police may seize gold bars from a vehicle that has possession of gold bars without following the 1 minute all clear rule.
Reason:
Some groups like to start feds within the last 5-10 minutes of server uptime before restart so that they may escape and the restart can occur with a chance of gold bars syncing with them. Also civilians will respawn where they last synced and if gold bars sync with them that is a free fed. This policy only slightly fixed this and allows police to seize that gold within the last minute.
