Add a new legal job called truck runs ; Civilians get a box truck and have to take cargo from point A to point B like a dp mission but pays out more due to the truck. Rebels Add the start of gang bases ; small little bases in area that are not used these places can be fought for like a cartel once a hour. While a gang controls this area they can spawn there and buy everything that a rebel consist Everyone more role play from everyone.
