Run out of the cartel and back in to see the progress. Even if you don't it still captures but the bar just glitches, it happens even on rebel.

I am saying it would be illegal to have the lethal mags but you could only cap cartels with them. This would make the gun viable for both rebels and bounty hunters. You can buy downing at skip and lethals at rebel.

Maybe they could make it so it is only illegal for bounty hunters to have lethal mags for the spar and you can only cap cartel with lethal mags so if you have them it makes the gun illegal again? Problem solving.

My mistake, I was thinking about it as you need the license to buy the illegal weapon, but if the spar was legal then it would be fine. I would much rather it be for bounty hunters than rebels to be honest. Must have an illegal firearm purchased from the rebel outpost (SDAR Does not count)

I believer that the bounty hunters need the SPAR 16 because the jump between the vermin and the MX is huge, (we are not even including the trg it is unplayable) and the SPAR would add a better gun for people that want to engage in fighting at rebel outpost for their bounties and want a gun that can hit at a decent range but at the same time can be very effective at clearing rooms and getting shots off so they do not lose their bounties because bounty hunters are often outnumbered aswell.

I understand the long barrel is illegal and short barrel is legal but it is really a technicality. The point is you could not buy the gun at skip without a bounty hunter license and you cannot cap without a rebel license so the gun doesn't even matter.

You can cap a cartel with a TRG but that is irrelevant anyways because you need a rebel license to cap so it makes no difference.

I want to bounty hunt with my favorite gun, and I believer that it makes sense that the standard .223/5.56 m4 variant gun would be legal. It is the essence of a bare bones assault rifle, much less advanced than the MX or TRG or even vermin.

The AK-12 has a scope.. I think you mean the AKM.

Honestly the only time I would take an MK1 over a SPAR 16 is if I was doing a bank, fed, or was designated to be at a long range during a cartel, but for general use I am not lying.

I have always liked the spar 16. I fight cartels with the spar 16. If someone gave me the option to use the spar 16 or an mk1 both free of charge I would take the spar. I hit headshots all the time with it and it is just crisp.

Not saying they should, I was just saying that it wouldn't really be OP if they did. However, only like 1% of cops have the MK1 and it is given to every single rebel so...

Because 95 percent of bounty hunters are kavala pistol bangers and it would be fun to have a more advanced skiptracer for them.

I don't see why a bounty hunter couldn't have an MXM or a Protector tbh... Not OP at all, maybe if would bring life back to bounty hunting with anything more than pistol banging in Kavala.

Lt+ can have MK's, All cops can have the SPAR. Cops can get a ghosthawk... That argument isn't really fair.
