Juan Jesus Marquez Posted March 11, 2016 Report Share Posted March 11, 2016 I donated to rank 2 a while ago and have been playing on the server ever since and I got a new router my donation works but it won't let me on the website so I can upgrade my donor level it says no character data can be found for your IP address even though i play on the server constantly Link to comment

If I were you I'd contact one of the admins and usually they'll sort it for you. Link to comment

This is probably more because when he switched his routeur, he had to reconnect to his ISP, then the ISP gave him à new IP adresse. Routeur can only control LAN ip with DHCP, not the WAN adresse.
