Get the 1080, i'm sure you play more games than Arma. And although arma is cpu intensive, there is still plenty of reasons for a good gpu. If you are considering the 1080 then you have enough, it would only benefit you most.

If anyone is on the exilemod.com site, it was just this hacked morning. User data has been released, but it appears the passwords are still encrypted. Would still suggest changing your password if you use it for other things besides exilemod. And it also appears he's deleting all the files. Hope there is a backup he doesn't have access to. Yeah unfortunately they don't support a lot of keys that would make perfect sense to do so. But at their pace, we will get that in a few years.

Your push to talk still works even if you use shadow mode (~10min) saves. The only way to get rid of those sounds is to reduce your mic sensitivity.

You may want to turn down your mic sensitivity in windows settings then. Also, under preferences > shadowplay, you can set a push to talk key to only record when you talk.

Well you could use a hotkey to record voice. I just use shadowplay and all problems are solved.

Your first mistake was getting inside the pilot seat.

Looks like the possibility to do so will be sooner than I thought.
