It doesn't look like it comes with the Operating system installed so thats like another 100$. You could drop the RAM and grab the OS. If it doesn't save the customization LMK , ill make a video of all the shit I picked and post it and maybe other members can comment who know some tech savy stuff too. I think I can help you get it under 1k and have a fucking beast of a PC.
