I think that when buying a vehicle that player should have an option to pay for the car in full or pay a percentage down. For example 33% or something like that so people don't abuse the system by buying expensive cars and never paying full for them. So I propose when paying a percent for this vehicle you have 3-5 in game hours to either pay another 33% or in full, if you do not do this a person can go to an npc and request to see this vehicles which will show up as a red circle like hunting for fugitive. Then this person then can find this vehicle and take it to a designated location and receive a portion of the original vehicle cost.

    Also another suggestion from Monopoly Man for this was you pay the car and have X amount of time to pay it off, if you do not get to a court house or location in the time frame it will tell you a repo man is going to look for your vehicle. Now this user can request at a location to see all vehicles that need to be repossessed and will show up like fugitive circles, then this person can find the vehicle and take it to a location for a reward.

Great idea but will need some deep thought on how it will work fairly because gangs will just buy them and it'll not be easy to reacquire them.

If it gets destroyed/chopped you would need to pay the full amount or I can just get an Ifrit for cheap, Yolo into cartel or kavala and not pay it off. Cool idea though.
