Tanoa, A look at housing

This list contains all "house" like structures that are both enter-able and have fully close-able rooms. Note Tanoa has some buildings without windows, making vaulting into them trivial.

^ Just big enough to spawn. Maybe. Room for one, or your toilet.

^ 3 separated shed spaces. Perfect for "Which door is your cadet locked behind, pig?"

^ 3 entry ways and a floor-space for a crate.

^ Like other houses down the list, the outside isn't entirely honest about the interior, but you'll get half of the floor-space maybe for a crate.

^ Your Landlord won't let you inside the first floor, but you get two floor-spaces and complete deck, so who cares?

^ Quality wood made straight from the lumber chopped down on Tanoa, enough floor-space to live comfortably.

^ Two floor-spaces and a paintjob for your feminine side.

^ Although basic, you might get a crate or you might not, but common homely garages seen on Altis won't be here, so you'll find this to be a good go-to.

^ Cheap and simple. Maybe a crate, maybe not.

^ "I'm better than the previous shed, but not really."

^ More dishonest exterior. Half the house goes to you, but at least you have a fence.

^ Basically the same as the previous, but with a higher deck. You should repaint.

^ Two floor spaces and one of them has meth in it. No huffing and pufffing and blowing your house down.

^ You're trying to look big, but you really only have two small floor-spaces. The garage makes it worth the price.

^ High Tier. Actually a hotel, and some jerk blocked off every bedroom. You still have enough room to spare. Likely to be located with impressionable yards and exterior property. Vanity.

^ The highest quality on the island. You have two floor-spaces and no access to the inside of the rear-half, but a mix between the size, upper deck, and garage. You get what you pay for in one property. Not cheap.
