Can I get your opinion as to why, orcas are 1/10th as strong as they used to be, and while roping down theyre easily shot 'out-able' and also makes the pilot very vulnerable due to the fact he needs to stay still. I've also offered the alternative of making it illegal to keep the cop-trolling down a little. It's just not a means of transportation that is well suited for a server based on small-arms gameplay.
