Try changing it slightly go into an arsenal to test it out the more you change your sensitivity the more you gonna have to get used to your new sensitivity. I also have DPI buttons on my mouse so i can change my DPI with the push of a button i guess that could help you in your case if you have them. Make sure mouse acceleration is off. Link to comment

The recoil lowers your sensitivity, Either get used to a higher sensitivity or make your mouse sensitivity go up when you hold m1 and lower when you release. There are various programs to perform that kind of function. (If your mouse doesn't come with one already) Link to comment
