I have ran out on numerous occasions such as a good long cartel fight, but usually I end up with about 12-18 depending if the other guys are using Ifrits/Orcas.

I carry all that mainly to waste on vehicles such as ifrits or, as cringy as it may sound, give to other people who've ran out.

It's the Olympus loadout. I only buy 15 redgulls and I still have a quite a bit of raw stamina. 7 first aid the rest are mags

I think that player had the bug where some people see him as a spangled body. His body looked like it came from Donor Rebel so if he got the bug over there and then got killed at cartel it would make sense why his body was flung like that. I could be wrong though, I'm just spit balling ideas.
