Tips?

I have a 1tb hard drive 12gb ram i7 4770s quad core cpu 3.10ghz

GeForce gtx 760 (192bit)

I never got awesome fps on arma 3 but I was able to play. now since the update when I get in gun fights im at 12fps! in a cop hatch I get 8fps lol

 

reinstalling arma 3 atm to see if it helps

There are lots of setting you can adjust to get better fps. Search youtube for that and filter withing last year and a few of the top ones will help a bunch. I tweaked a bunch and it helped my frames. And also try to close all unneeded programs that may be running in background

@Padrinos people with the same set up as mine even bought at best buy like me are playing just fine lol...

i have a gtx 980 sli and have been running some shitty frames lately.  Im going to re download it and see if that makes a difference.  Also remember there is so much on tanoa and arma renders everything so that could also be the issue
