Cannot place any more container at this time?

I have a 220k house and i had  1 large storage in it and then i placed 1 aging barrel and tryed to place another large container but it says "you cannot place any more container at this time"

any clue wtf is going on

Wait till restart, spawn in, unlock the house then place the crate/barrel  worked for me when my 220K had that issue
