Since when is taking coms a legit thing in asylum, this guy comes up to me and says if u tell your friends where you are u will get banned, yet i have never heard of this thing "Taking coms away" only in hardcore RP- Servers, i thought that was what blindfolds are for?

They can only enforce the rule if they have a blindfold, otherwise it doesnt matter. They cant stop you, admins wont ban you, nor will they ever ban you.

You should probably put this in the grey area thread. I'm 95% sure you don't have to listen to the kidnapper when they say"I'm taking your comms and your tracker" bullshit. Best thing he can do is blindfold you so you don't know where you're at and your friends can't see your hex. I know on cop you have to mute teamspeak.

As an apd officer I always encourage RP. That said you only have to mute coms when blindfolded.
