He's the founder of Wikileaks. Currently living in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, because he's wanted by the US for publishing classified documents and by Sweden for rape allegations. Wikileaks claims that his internet connection has been blocked by government employees. The contingency plans basically consist of a "dead man's switch", which will activate if Julian Assange doesn't enter a certain code somewhere every 24 hours. If he misses it due to death or no internet connection, the entirety of Wikileaks' database will be leaked. It supposedly contains some very damaging documents on the world leaders.
