Is Identity and asylum life created by the same creator?

Just wondering if the creator of asylum life is also the creator of the upcoming Identity. Also wondering if Identity is basically supposed to be asylum life but created on their own game engine to avoid paying fees to the creators of Arma3.

Yes, Paratus created Asylum Life and is creating Identity.

But no it is not to avoid fees and monitization policies. They are attempting to create a standalone game in a genre that won't have any competitors. Identity will have WAY more to do than altis life. Altis life is just a mod and they are very restricted on what they can accomplish. The idea of identity is to expand far beyond the limits of Arma 3.

its kinda sad how the majority of people who buy arma play it for somethings its not.

Yes, Paratus is the creator of both. Identity will bear some similarity to Asylum, but it will have a greater degree of depth and roleplaying potential. 

And lastly: No, Identity was not created to avoid BIS' monetization rules. Identity was announced well before Bohemia decided to drive their monetization system off a cliff.
