I stopped the video and played that part back again.  In some sort of desperate attempt to understand the reference.

Is there an ATM at that silo?

Will the .50 call link to my bank account?

Or does it simply mean that my Asylum bank account will link to the Strife Island? YUP.  THAT'S GOTTA BE IT!

Figured I was dumb at that point and continued.
