Discord problem

Seems as if Discord wont allow sound to my headset but if i change my setting to "Default" the sound plays through my monitor. When I open my volume mixer my default is set to my headset. Any one experience any issues like this and does anyone know if there is a fix?? I tried googling but all i seem to get is change your app settings.

had sound problems with discord too

u try going to settings and set your headphones and speakers as input?

try plugging and unplugging it a few times. I did this but had to have discord closed.

Try setting your headset as the default playback device, and perhaps also disabling your speakers/monitor as a playback device all together.

 

I would make sure you open the program AFTER you have plugged in your headset or it may not work properly. I have had a similar issue when plugging in my headset after starting up a number of games, where it either continues to play through my speakers. or plays no sound through either.

I also have discord and discord headset. I had same issues but when I update it it was working great and fine.

I was actually interested in knowing if this person resolved their problem or not.

I hope one day we will learn his fate.
