Stream help.

So I was born in the 80s so I'll be honest. This streaming or twitch shit has me baffled. Is there a good tutorial I can read or watch to get setup and start streaming? I'm educated so only talk to me like your grandparent a little bit.

Well you can use Shadowplay if you have a Nvidia Graphics card, otherwise you can use OBS.

both apps can be used to stream for Nvidia GPUS, for other GPU's OBS is your best option. https://obsproject.com/

Okay, so which program doesn't hurt frames in Arma. I've read Arma is based on the CPU and processing buildings and the such. So... with that in mind. OBS or Shadowplay. I have to turn everything down to standard to get a solid 60fps.

when I stream cs:go for fun I normally see more fps with shadowplay then with OBS but I just prefer OBS as it has more options

I should note that you can also obviously choose which platform you wanna stream on and make an account on there

Help. Ok, so I'm using Shadowplay. It sounds like I'm screaming at people in the videos I record. When I am just talking normal... How to fix?

Reduce your mic capture volume in the shadowplay settings. If it's at 100% then the boost slider becomes enabled as well which distorts capture audio.
