Requirements: 0 hours+ Knowledge of cartels, fed, prison, etc. Don't logon just to fight cartels/be active Be a team player. Don't be cancer in teamspeak If you get hit off learn to change your IP. If you don't meet the experience requirements at least be active and more than willing to learn. i only play on server 1 Application Age: Previous gangs: Is there anyone that can vouch for you in the gang?
